Today I I would like to share with you all about Nikhil Dhoot and his firm Carpe Omnia.
So Nikhil Dhoot is a childhood friend cum brother to me. He comes from a family background which is quite conservative when it comes to business and not exactly into risk taking. All his family members are into service so one can understand how difficult it must be for him to take the call to leave a well paying job and venture into a business (that too into content writing). I think it was ~2-3 years back when he came to me for a discussion regarding the same and me being me said: let’s do it.
He did it.
He left his high paying job and with the help of his wife, Nishita Daga, established the business “Carpe Omnia” where they write content for students and corporates. It’s been 2 years now and they are doing great. They have clients globally and are expanding each day. More importantly, Nikhil Dhoot is a professional and trustworthy person whom you can bank upon. His humble nature and down to earth attitude could not go unnoticed when you meet him.
For people who look forward to get content help, can surely connect with him.
Nikhil Dhoot, I appreciate the work you are doing, the way you are growing as a person and look forward for you to build a team.
Wish you all the best buddy !!

Never have I been looking forward for a Wednesday so much. Though it was just one week since I started 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝-𝐨𝐟-𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, but I could not wait myself to share story of another budding entrepreneur in my circle i.e Anwesha Sarkar.
Anwesha Sarkar: The disciplinary, punctual, perfectionist, simple yet colourful member of our organisation BeyondAvg who has been consistently delivering quality work for ~6 years now, is a multi-talented person.
She is a content creator, painter, artist (the ones I know of). Along with her responsibilities at the company, she makes sure she takes out time for painting and art & craft. Not just she pursued this as a hobby but turned it into a small time business. You can see and buy her products at 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐰𝐰𝐰.𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦.𝐜𝐨𝐦/𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠_𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡_𝐚𝐧𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚/
Best part of her products is the local flavour which she brings into picture. They are all handmade and economical. Could be used for general use or corporate gifts.
Anwesha Sarkar, I appreciate you constantly working on something which you love. Irrespective of the ups & downs in life. You have been consistent. Keep it up dear. I wish you all the best for same.

To the others who shared my last weeks 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝-𝐨𝐟-𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 post, thanks for circulating the same. It multiplies the purpose of spreading awareness about budding entrepreneurs. 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞.
To the rest of you, thanks for reading. Stay tuned for another 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐝-𝐨𝐟-𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐞𝐝𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 next week !!
Since this is going to be a continuous chapter, I am planning to add these to my blog page. So you can read and know about the previous mention’s as well. Page to come …soon !!

Today I am talking about a very interesting profile. A person who takes care of cats 😻 & dogs 🐕.
I would like to share with you all profile of my Kashika Arora who left her job so that she can do what she loves to do i.e taking care of pets.
Kashika Arora has 16 pets with herself (11 dogs and 5 cats). Yes, you read it right, 16 pets. Anybody here taking care of more than that? Please drop in comment section.
While she is into this business for almost a decade now but recently has opened a shop in Kolkata naming “𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐚’𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐰𝐬 – 𝐋𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞”. It is a pet grooming salon, clinic, pet bakery and boutique.
For anybody looking forward to pamper their pets, 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐰𝐬 would be more than happy I think.
Kashika Arora – I appreciate what you do. And most importantly, your never give up attitude. Believe that’s what takes us ahead ultimately. Best wishes for your pet care services.

Simple, intelligent & humble – I wish these three words were enough to describe my today’s entrepreneur to be i.e Mayank Bhawsinghka.
As soon as I wrote, I realised I missed hardworking, consistent & adoptive to change. 🙂
Though it’s just 6 months since I know Mayank Bhawsinghka but I am highly inspired by his pace. Having worked with well-known start-ups (like udaan.com, XIMKART & Buildistan), Mayank Bhawsinghka finally thought it is time for him to be on his own. I could not have agreed more.
So after 6 years of experience in start-ups, Mayank Bhawsinghka has ventured on his own. He is on his way to build the prototype and probably shall launch soon this month probably. Currently his start up is in stealth mode and looking out for VCs & investors.
Mayank Bhawsinghka – All I can say is, “𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬”. Ref: “Entrepreneurship is a roller coaster ride” – a book recommended by yourself.

Just one month since I started this and I can see the traction of each post better than the last one. Nice and interesting.
So this week I am sharing with you all about a very intelligent person, Krishan Jhanwar. He started his journey in a small village near Bikaner, completed his 𝐂𝐀, 𝐂𝐒 & 𝐂𝐅𝐀 and is currently designated as 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐚-𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲. But these are not the reason why his name is here. The reason I am sharing about him is because on one hand while he is working with The Coca-Cola Company, on the other hand, he has started his own tribe: DataDekho.
At DataDekho, he is venturing into professional coaching on data visualization tools such as hashtag#PowerBI, hashtag#SQL, hashtag#PowerAutomate, hashtag#Alteryx and hashtag#Tableau. I am sure while these are the few topics he has begun with, soon he shall keep adding more platforms into his database. If you would like to understand the use of these platform, feel free to join his free classes. I am sure, this would be of help.
He will be conducting 8- weeks FREE sessions on Power BI (entirely practical and solution-oriented).
Krishan Jhanwar – You seem to be on a constant growth path in life. I appreciate your ability to learn and apply. Keep learning, keep growing and keep sharing.

Continuing the talks about entrepreneurs, talking about one of our members today, NEHA DUGAR. Juggling inbetween CA and a 10 to 7 job, taking care of home and additionally a side business – few do this.
She has been associated with our organisation (BeyondAvg) for couple of years now, has been pursuing CA and also has her business Aneko Fashion (an artificial jewellery firm).
While I do not know much about this industry, but I once purchased something from her for my wife and she liked it. So I am a happy customer. 😊
One inspiring thing about Aneko Fashion is that it is almost all organic.
For any of you looking for some artificial jewellery, feel free to follow and purchase from:

NEHA DUGAR: Appreciate the clarity with which you move to things and the transparancy which you maintain. Keep up. 👍

When I started writing about today’s 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅-𝒐𝒇-𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚, I felt a sense of pride. Reason: in the last 7 Wednesday’s, including this, this is the 3rd time I am sharing about a member from our organisation. Feel’s good. 🙂
Another reason is I appreciate the members who not only take care of their roles and responsibilities but also try their hand in different industries. They get to learn the nuances of business (and understand how easy/difficult it is to run a business smoothly).
So in our 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅-𝒐𝒇-𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚 today, I talk about one of our long term colleague Surbhi Sarda. Surbhi Sarda has been working with us for almost 7 years now. She started as a content writer and raised herself to the position of search engine optimisation expert. However, apart from this, she has recently ventured into the business of 𝐊𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫. Yups, completely offtrack but believe that’s where the beauty lies. Starting something which you are completely unaware of. Surbhi Sarda gets 𝐊𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐦𝐢𝐫 (they are famous for their good quality) and supplies here in retail. She plans to begin B2B too. For people who are fond of 𝐊𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢, feel free to contact her for good quality Kesar.
While she is just a beginner in the commodity field, I am sure there would be lot for her to learn and prospects to grow.
Surbhi Sarda Keep up the spirit of experimenting things and business verticals. Later we shall connect the dots.

What are you wearing today? Strange question. Isn’t it? Though it is a weekday and most of you must be wearing a shirt but there is no denying to the fact that the culture of wearing tshirts on weekday’s in office is gradually increasing. You must be thinking why am I talking about this !!! Simple. Because the person I am talking about today on our 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅-𝒐𝒇-𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚 is into the business of hashtag#tshirt.
Introducing Subrata Bhattacharjee, a photographer by profession and a budding entrepreneur. While he is also trying his hands on being a social media manager, he has recently ventured into hashtag#tshirt business (https://zodiar.com). His idea is the get people tshirts specialising in hashtag#zodiacsigns. The reason I talk about him is because of his ability to build things up by himself. Though a small thing but he has set up the entire eco-system by himself in spite being from a non-business background.
Subrata Bhattacharjee, I appreciate your willingness to go that extra mile inorder to build something. Most people think, few do. You are doing that. I wish you the best brother and look forward for your growth.

𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: Something which few of us understand.
𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲: Something which few of us find interesting.
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧: Something which few of us are able to foresee.
𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞: Something which ALL of us go through.
How about if I said, recently I met somebody who is combining the first three with the last one (everyday life). Somebody who interestingly finds connections between “𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞” & “𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐇𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 & 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧”. And you would be amazed when you view the world through his eyes. Oops. I am sorry. You would be amazed when you 𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐍 about these things through his 𝐕𝐎𝐈𝐂𝐄.
On today’s 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅-𝒐𝒇-𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚, I would like to introduce one of my trek friend Dinesh Kumar C. Dinesh Kumar C with his deep voice and his childhood friend Arjun Shrivatsan has a podcast named “𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒄𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝑻𝒉𝒆𝒐𝒓𝒚” where they curiously talk about the stories of daily interest with the lens of science, history & design.
While the journey itself is an experience for him, Dinesh Kumar C is now also helping other budding podcasters understand the nuances of podcast building professionally. And the reason I recommend him for the same is because I have listened to his podcasts personally. Organised, interesting and unknowingly learning. “Unknowingly learning” because they talk about everyday life so casually that you would not realise you got a solution for your everyday problem.
Dinesh Kumar C – Thanks for being an interesting company on the trek and helping me have such a close look into the life of a designer/ podcaster. I ‘listen’ forward to ‘listening’ of your podcasts. And probably shall contact you one day to help me build mine. Keep creating, keep spreading. That’s what life is all about.

From 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐧𝐢 to 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐢, from 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐡𝐫𝐚 to 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐚 𝐢𝐧 𝐀𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐡…all of them had one thing in common in these movies i.e. a song where they 𝐒𝐢𝐳𝐳𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬.
So now that I have your attention let me tell you that today’s 𝑾𝒐𝒓𝒅-𝒐𝒇-𝒎𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒉 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒅𝒂𝒚 is not about any actress but about 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬. 🙂
𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬, as rightly said by someone, is 𝒔𝒊𝒙 𝒚𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒔𝒐𝒑𝒉𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏. And a dear friend of our organization (ex-member) and a wonderful soul deal with some beautiful 𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒓𝒐𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝒔𝒂𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒔. She was working with us as a content writer long back and then started her own business venture of 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬. Though I have never bought from her, I do keep listening from my colleagues that she has great stuff, and I do follow her Insta page where I get a feel that the products are 𝐚𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭. Here is the page: https://bit.ly/463Yaoc
Apart from 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐬, she also deals in s𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐬.
Anindita Kanjilal, Who so ever meets you will understand that you have a creative mind and artful taste. So I believe you have found the right industry or at least the genre and must be enjoying the ride. Entrepreneurship is a bumpy ride but try to enjoy the journey. Do not wait for the destination. I wish you the best and look forward to your growth. Happy to contribute in whatever manner I can.

To all the hashtag#productmanager out there, here is something for you.
We understand the complexity you go through while designing/ developing a product. Honestly, till late in my life, I could not understand the role of product managers. What most of us listen is about finance managers, marketing managers etc but product managers understanding comes late when we read in detail about the success of a company. Undoubtedly it is a role with lot of hashtag#stress.
I believe this is what caught the attention of Moumita Paul, a 𝒃𝒖𝒓𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒂𝒄𝒉 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒅𝒖𝒄𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒓𝒔. Moumita Paul, who once lived the life a product manager understands the nuances of the job very well and that’s where her edge comes in. Experience makes her understand the role better and she helps them live 𝐚 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞. How you ask? Interesting. But for that, you have to contact Moumita Paul or book a free discovery call with her at https://abetterliving.co/
Along with the above Moumita Paul also provides sessions for coaching, private / group channeling and communication. The good thing is, she does this on a global scale.
Moumita Paul As I keep saying, it takes a lot to leave things behind and begin on your own. Especially for a single founder. I respect you for taking the step and wish you the best in your endeavour.

For the reader’s out there, thanks for keeping up with the references. I appreciate you being more than a reader. You are being a participant in somebody’s story. Thanks.

I scream, you scream…….we all scream…….“𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌”
Smiling? Already? Wait a while please. I have ice cream for you 🙂
So I’m sure, most of us must be having some childhood memories related to 𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐂𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌. I remember how I used to buy 2 orange popsicles at a time (one for each hand) and finished both of them before reaching home. I still love them 🙂
But guess what one of my cousin sister did? Instead of limiting herself to being a consumer, she became a producer. And started to make 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 at home. Introducing you to Nehha Binani, who happens to have a beautiful smile, is a Kolkata based home made 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 maker. She ventured into this 4 years ago and has successfully delivered over 5,000+ 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬.
Not only this. She makes 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 for special occasions and now has ventured into 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐩𝐬 well (remember the childhood pepsi? those are called 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐩𝐬 – recent learning for me). The 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 are available in ~50 varieties and are super yummy (as I have personally tasted them).
So if you are from Kolkata and have a fondness for 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬, then I would recommend you trying this. Here is her instagram page to follow and order from – https://bit.ly/3pqtHA6
@Nehha (https://bit.ly/NehhaBinani), I appreciate you starting something on your own and more importantly taking it from 0-1 by self. You are an inspiration. Keep smiling, keep spreading smiles. Thank you 🙂

And for the readers, how many of you still like to finish your 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 craving with an Orange Popsicle? Comment on the post with hashtag#orangepopsicle for the love of it.

Today’s post is exciting. Why, you ask, so?
Because today, I (professionally a hashtag#digitalmarketingstrategist) am talking about one of our members who joined our digital marketing firm, Get You At, as an intern three months ago and is soon venturing into the field as a hashtag#digitalmarketer herself.
And we are happy about it 🙂
Why are we happy about it? Because our team member is doing something she wants to do. And the best part is, I believe we are among the first on her client list as we have already decided to outsource work to her as a freelancer 🙂
Friends, let me introduce you to Riya Dammani: a CA finalist and a budding hashtag#digitalmarketer. Riya Dammani joined us three months back, and though she has worked with us for a very short period, her work has been excellent, presentable, and, most importantly – useful. Lastly, she holds the DNA of our organization, i.e., hashtag#transperancy. Her internship will end with us in July, and she would like to work as a freelance digital marketer. She is transparent and clear about it, and we are happy to assist her.
Riya Dammani, Most of us are confused at some stage. So it’s ok to be confused. But you have chosen this path based on your willingness and got the first of your clients on your ability. So keep delivering the best you can and stay transparent. The journey would be worth it. I respect the bold you who has chosen to be an hashtag#entrepreneur at a young age.
Best wishes and I look forward to continuing working together.

And for the readers, if you are looking for a freelancer digital marketer for your firm, please get in touch with Riya Dammani.

Do you have access to clean water? If yes, then you should thank the person whom I am talking about today. On high probability, it is not him who provides you clean water but it is people like him who once thought about it and that’s why we have a solution today.
Did you know that over a period of time the quality of ground water has been degrading and problems of iron in water or hard water is rising rapidly? Which causes overall degradation in quality of life.
While most of us read about water issues, some people take these matters very seriously. And not just they want to have 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 at their home but make it a mission to spread it globally.
One such company on this mission is Uniwater Solutions. I met it’s founder Rajat Kabra around 2 years back but recently we got in touch again regarding some digital marketing needs for his company.
Uniwater Solutions 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒃𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓. He is a single founder and has done commendable job in Nepal & Kolkata as of now.
However, what inspires me about Rajat Kabra is his ability to go as a single founder in a technical industry which has lot of field based work. Another quality of his is, he is no hurry. He is calm, expanding geographically and growing revenue numbers constantly on month on month basis. Impressive.
Rajat Kabra I learn from you and look forward for your growth.

And for the readers, if you are looking for solution for clean water at your home or office, please feel free to contact Uniwater Solutions.

Once again, it feels proud to share today’s post. Because more than entrepreneurship, it is about an in-house member of our company.
Sneha Dey, who joined us as a blogger around a year back, is a part-time entrepreneur also. Along with writing SEO-friendly content, she runs a part-time bakery business. Currently, she deals in two products, i.e., cookies & brownies, and runs the business in her limited capacity. All this reminds me of the new age terminology of hashtag#moonlighting. Terms could be new, but their existence has long existed.
The best part is Sneha Dey as a person, is as sweet as the cookies she makes. 🙂 . So if you would like to taste some fresh cookies/brownies, you know whom to contact.
Sneha Dey, We wish you the best for both your journey (As a blogger & as a baker).

Thanks, Tannu Rathi, for reminding us about another in-house entrepreneur. You get a brownie point for this 🙂

“I would love to write a book, but I do not know where and how to start with?”
While many of us would like the world to know about us and our stories through a book, only some of us know how to get started on it. Until recently, I, too, was unaware. Then I met Shoma Mittra.
So before meeting Shoma Mittra, I was aware of mentoring, coaches, guides, etc. But I wasn’t aware of the term “𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡.” Thanks to Shoma Mittra, who introduced me to this and made me aware that If I want to write a book, all I need is to pen down my thoughts roughly, and rest 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩 𝐦𝐞 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞, 𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭, 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 & 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤—𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐝-𝐭𝐨-𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬.
Not just this, Shoma Mittra helps us with the following:
– Writing memoirs
– Authoring websites
– Profile raising
– Coaching & Consulting in the field of content writing
– Manuscript assessment
– Cover design
And much more.
Baseline: If you want to write a book, just get in touch with her and it’s done.
What I like most about her is that she knows her strength, i.e., hashtag#content . Plus, she comes with more than 30 years of experience in the content industry, which makes things easier for us to communicate and express our feeling (which we want to get reflected in our books). 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 200 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 !!
Shoma Mittra Ma’am, I look forward to learning from you and attending one of your retreats soon. So I, too, can write my book soon 🙂
Meanwhile, best wishes for your entrepreneural journey, and thanks for the inspiration.

“Building hashtag#brands through effective hashtag#Design“
That’s what Sakshi Jalan has started. And I can see that each post of hers on Linkedin stands for the same.
I met Sakshi Jalan at last year’s hashtag#DesignationWoman event (A award ceremony by Get You At and BeyondAvg, to uplift women freelancers who left a mark in the digital domain). She was one of the members, and in a meet, I could understand the depth, knowledge & passion she brings to the table.
Introducing Sakshi Jalan, she is the Founder of Studio Fable, a capsule design studio that focuses on branding, packaging, and website design for consumer brands. Instead of writing more about her work, I would request you to go to her page and witness some bespoke stories. And if you are somebody who is looking forward for brand building or brand overhaul, you must meet Sakshi Jalan.
Sakshi Jalan, all I would like to say is – Your work inspires. I look forward to it.
You have started young and started great. So best wishes for your entrepreneurial journey, and thanks for the inspiration.
—————————————-
To others: As most of you know, the purpose behind hashtag#WordOfMouthWednesday is to encourage budding entrepreneurs in their initial journey; I request you to tag your such entrepreneurs in comments so we can support them too. Your one tag may get them one customer, which can then get them another customer ….and the chain begins. Do not underestimate the power of a comment/tag :-). Looking forward to spreading this more.

Find your niche first and then go upscale.
It’s a simple thought, but it takes years to figure out our niche. People struggle at this stage for a long, and most of them give up while finding it. They give up the belief that they are meant to be general.
Poulomi Ghosh is not one of the most. I met her last year with many other digital marketers. And from Day 1, she clearly stated one thing: she is into hashtag#emailmarketing. She did not discuss hashtag#socialmediamarketing, hashtag#googleadwords, hashtag#searchengineoptimization etc. All she said was – She was an hashtag#emailmarketer.
Those who are from this industry would understand the importance of it. Email Marketing is a niche field. And generating results through email marketing is another task (at least been that for me). Rather than forget about results, ensuring an email goes to the primary inbox instead of spam is a task.
So why am I talking about Poulomi Ghosh today? Because recently, she has leaped. She has tied up with two of her friends who are experts in other digital marketing fields and have started their firm, i.e., 360° Marketing Girls. She stands as the co-founder and hashtag#CMO of the organization.
Poulomi Ghosh, I am happy about your growth and how you take it. Slow, steady, and confident. I wish you all the best in your business venture and look forward to doing business with you.

“Being a good hashtag#designer is more a way of thinking than a way of drawing. It’s not just about making things pretty – it’s about making them work better”.
– hashtag#Build by Tony Fadell
I read this recently in the above mentioned book and this reminded me of a designer whom I met last year i.e Manisha Sen. When I met her, I could no longer just remember her as a designer. It was her thoughts, content and point of view on various subjects which took my attention. Be it designing, digital marketing or artificial intelligence, she had a clear point of view on each. As a result, I think I would love to work with Manisha Sen.
Manisha Sen You have the differentiating factor as a designer – the thought process. Keep up the same. After all designing is not just drawing but a medium to make things better 🙂
For the readers, if you are looking for a Fashion & Visual Communication Designer, please feel free to contact Manisha Sen. I am sure she would bring a different design to the table

If taking a break is tough, coming back is herculean.
Yet, almost every other day, we meet women achieving this arduous task with a smile. After a marriage or motherhood break, they return with version 2.0. 🙂
Gauri Adlakha is one such entrepreneur and a very good friend of mine. After taking a break for ~6 years, she returned to corporate life, and the best part is not seeking employment for herself but creating work for others.
Readers, I am happy to introduce you to 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝 – 𝐀 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 based out of Bangalore founded by Gauri Adlakha & @vasundharatr.
They say, more often than not, the products/ services speak a lot about their founders. When I saw the work of 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐨𝐝, I could not agree more with it. The work represents its founders: 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐭.
For people in Bangalore, if you are looking for somebody who can design your home beautifully, understand your taste, and add a differentiating factor from their expertise, feel free to contact Gauri Adlakha. I am sure you shall find the right person for your “घर.”
You can see their art work (designing home is an art work after all) at https://bit.ly/studioamber.
Gauri Adlakha While returning brings happiness, the best part is that you are enjoying the work. Plus, you are maintaining the work-life balance. Good to see you back.

“I generate employment” – One of the biggest motivators for any entrepreneur. And that was the line that encouraged me to write about Preety Toshniwal.
Preety Toshniwal is different from the founders I have written till date about. The reason is because of her products. She is the founder of PJ Craft & Fun, where she creates door hanging, home decor & DIY kits for Toran & Bandarwar (home decor products mainly used during Indian festivals). Remember those wall hanging craft which you buy for Diwali?? Bandarwar is one of them 🙂
𝐏𝐉 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 10,000+ 𝐃𝐈𝐘 𝐤𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 200 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬, 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞. 🙂
The best part is that Preety Toshniwal is generating employment further for her buyers. Buyers can buy the kits, make products, and sell them further. She keeps her pricing low so the buyer can earn a margin.
And did I tell you how it all started? All from one YouTube Channel. Where she began guidance on how to make a Bandarwar (https://lnkd.in/g5sn-GZK) and now it has 99k subscribers !!!
Inspiring. Isn’t it? On top of that, when you meet her – you will be amazed at the humbleness she carries.
Preety Toshniwal, I appreciate your hard work, commitment, and growth. We look forward to PJ Craft & Fun being a BIG BRAND NAME someday.
Cheers !!!
