There is a kind of exhaustion that sleep does not fix.
It is the exhaustion of running in too many directions at once. Where you are working, genuinely working, but nothing feels like it is moving. Where your list is full but your progress feels thin.
Where you are giving everything to everything and somehow nothing is getting enough. Where you end the day having done a lot and still feeling like the thing that actually matters did not get touched.
